Source text - English Understanding the risk factors for early death after knee replacement could help to reduce the risk of mortality after this procedure.
We assessed secular trends in death within 45 days of knee replacement for osteoarthritis in England and Wales, with the aim of investigating whether any change that we recorded could be explained by alterations in modifiable perioperative factors.
Methods
We took data for knee replacements done for osteoarthritis in England and Wales between April 1, 2003, and Dec 31, 2011, from the National Joint Registry for England and Wales.

Een goede luchtvochtigheid is belangrijk voor een goede groei en bloei van Dendrobium Nobile waarbij de optimale waarden
tussen 50 en 80% liggen. Het is niet noodzakelijk dat de gewenste waarden 24 uur per dag worden gerealiseerd. Hogere
waarden dan 80% kunnen zonder problemen worden geaccepteerd. Maar het is noodzakelijk dat er dan wordt gezorgd voor
voldoende vochtafvoer. Door regelmatig de onderverwarming naar 40°C te brengen en met minimum raamstanden te werken,
zorgt men voor de noodzakelijke luchtbeweging in de kas. Dendrobium kan goed tegen lagere RV waarden. Zolang de bladtemperaturen van Dendrobium lager zijn dan ca. 27°C zal hij water blijven opnemen en verdampen, ook bij lagere RV’s.
Bemesting
De bemesting in de opkweekfase is (20-20-20) + (kalksalpeter) + (bitterzout) in de verhouding 6:3:1; met 0,75-1,00 gr per liter
of 0,75-1,00 EC. Vanaf een scheutlengte van 25 tot 30 cm de planten geen voeding geven. In de uitrijpfase (van KD tot koeling)
bemesten met 0,25 gr per liter of 0,25 EC met 7-11-27 + CaNO3 en afwisselen met schoon water. In de koeling geen voeding
meegeven. De bemesting in de afkweek- en bloeifase is hetzelfde als in de uitrijpfase.
Translation - Portuguese Umidade do ar
A UR do ar adequada é importante para o crescimento e floração adequada da Dendrobium Nobile, com valores ideais entre 50-80%. Não é necessário manter os níveis recomendados 24 horas por dia. Valores acima de 80% são aceitáveis, sem qualquer problema. Mas nesse caso, é necessário garantir drenagem suficiente da umidade. Aumentar regularmente o aquecimento por baixo para 40 °C e manter as janelas de ventilação na posição mínima fornecerão a circulação de ar necessária na estufa. A Dendrobium pode tolerar facilmente níveis mais baixos de UR. Contanto que a temperatura da folha de Dendrobium esteja inferior a 27°C, a planta continuará a absorver água e a transpirar, mesmo a uma baixa UR.
Fertilização
A fertilização durante a fase vegetativa será de (20-20-20) + (nitrato de cálcio) + (sulfato de magnésio) na proporção de 6:3:1, com 0,75-1,00 g por litro ou 0,75-1,00 CE. Interrompa o fornecimento de nutrientes às plantas quando o pseudobulbo (ou “cana") atinge uma altura de 25-30 cm. Durante a fase de maturação (de DC ao resfriamento), fertilize com 0,25 g por litro ou 0,25 CE com 7-11-27 + CaNO3 e alterne com água limpa. Interrompa o fornecimento de nutrientes durante o resfriamento. A fertilização nas fases de aparecimento das hastes florais e de floração é a mesma que na fase de maturação.
