Source text - Polish Testament może obejmować rozrządzenie majątkiem tylko jednego spadkodawcy, nie można więc sporządzać testamentów wspólnych. Spadkodawca może w każdym czasie odwołać zarówno cały testament, jak i jego poszczególne postanowienia. Testament może sporządzić i odwołać jedynie osoba mająca pełną zdolność do czynności prawnych. Testament nie może zostać ani spisany, ani odwołany przez przedstawiciela.
W przypadku testamentów, polskie prawo przewiduje nieco odmienne zasady stosowania wad oświadczeń woli niż w przypadku pozostaych czynności prawnych. Nieważność testamentu zachodzi w przypadku, gdy został on dotknięty następującymi wadami oświadczeń woli:
S w stanie wyłączającym świadome albo swobodne powzięcie decyzji i wyrażenie woli;
S pod wpływem błędu uzasadniającego przypuszczenie, że gdyby spadkodawca nie działał pod wpływem błędu, nie sporządziłby testamentu tej treści;

Testament mona odwołać przez sporządzenie nowego testamentu, bądź w zamiarze odwoania zniszczy się go lub pozbawi cech, od których zależy jego ważność, bądź też dokona się w nim takich zmian, z których wynika wola jego odwołania.
W przypadku, gdy spadkodawca sporzązić nowy testament nie zaznaczając w nim, że poprzedni odwołuje, ulegają odwołaniu tylko te postanowienia poprzedniego testamentu, których nie można pogodzić z treścią nowego testamentu.
Testament powinien być tłumaczony w sposób zapewniający możliwie najpełniejsze urzeczywistnienie woli spadkodawcy. W przypadku, gdy testament może być tłumaczony na kilka sposobów, należy przyjąć taką wykładnię, która pozwoli utrzymać rozrządzenia spadkodawcy w mocy i jednocześnie nadać im rozsądną treść.

Translation - English A will may cover distribution of the property of only one testator, so joint wills cannot be made. The testator may at any time revoke either the entire will or specific provisions of it. Only a person having full legal competency may make or revoke a will. A will may neither be made nor revoked by an agent.
For wills, Polish law has somewhat different rules than in other legal actions for applying the defects of expression of will. A will is considered invalid if it is affected by one of the following defects in expression of will:
S [The will is made] in a state that excludes making a decision or an expression of will knowingly or freely;
S [The will is made] under the influence of an error that supports a contention that if the testator had not acted under the influence of that error, he would not have made a will with that content;
S [The will is made] under the influence of a threat.
A will may be revoked by making a new will, by destroying it or removing the features upon which its validity depends with the intention of revoking it, or by making changes to it showing a desire to revoke it.
If the testator makes a new will without indicating therein that he is revoking the previous one, only those provisions of the previous will that cannot be reconciled with the content of the new will are revoked.
The will should be interpreted so as to ensure that the desire of the testator is accomplished as fully as possible. If the will can be interpreted in several ways, an exposition must be adopted that allows the testator’s distribution to remain in force and simultaneously make the content reasonable.
Wills are divided into ordinary and special wills.

Source text - German Die Patientenverfügung ist eine Willenserklärung. Mit der Patientenverfügung weist der Patient für den Fall, dass er einwilligungsunfähig wird, nach seinen persönlichen Vorstellungen den Arzt an, bestimmte medizinische Maßnahmen vorzunehmen oder zu unterlassen. Auch ein gesetzlicher Betreuer oder Bevollmächtigter ist an die Patientenverfügung gebunden.
Die Verfügung wird in aller Regel schriftlich niedergelegt. Da die Partientenverfügung im geschriebenen deutschen Recht bislang nicht erwähnt wird, gibt es keine Formvorschriften für ihre Errichtung. Die gelegentlich festzustellende Beschränkung des Inhalts von Mustern für Patientenverfügungen auf den Fall des nahen Todes bezeichnet zwar den in der Praxis häufigsten Fall, setzt dem möglichen Inhalt einer Patientenverfügung aber rechtlich keine Grenze. Source text - Spanish En 1991, cuando el Mercosur adquirió su primera institucionalidad mediante el Tratado de Asunción, se contempló en el Anexo III la necesidad de contar con un sistema de resolución de controversias. Como consecuencia, pocos días después se firmó el Protocolo de Brasilia, organizando un sistema fundado en tribunales arbitrales ad hoc, es decir formados para cada litigio concreto.
Sin embargo este sistema no fue muy utilizado y la mayoría de las controversias fueron resueltas políticamente. Entre 1991-2002 se dictaron 10 laudos mediante este sistema.
En 1994, el Protocolo de Ouro Preto que constituyó legalmente el Mercosur y le dio si institucionalidad básica, le asignó a la recientemente creada Comisión de Comercio del Mercosur (CCC) la facultad de resolver controversias en el marco de su competencia. La mayoría de los operadores económicos recurrieron a este procedimiento.
En el año 2000 el Consejo del Mercado Común creó un Grupo de Alto Nivel (GAN) para que estudie las dificultades del sistema de solución de controversias vigente y eventualmente elabore un proyecto. Sobre la base de ese proyecto se firmó en febrero de 2002 el Protocolo de Olivos sobre Solución de Controversias creando el Tribunal Permanente de Revisión (TPRM).
La Cumbre de Olivos en la que se creó el TPRM se realizó en el momento más crítico de la crisis económica de 2001/2002, con el fin de dar un apoyo especial a la Argentina y establecer para el Mercosur una nueva línea de acción orientada a darle mayor institucionalidad y permanencia.
Luego de que el CMC aprobara el reglamento del Tribunal en 2003, en el año 2004 el mismo quedó constituido, para iniciar sus actividades el 18 de agosto de 2004.
