the subjects are different in view of different facts, it could be interpreted as such Explanation: A rather literal translation. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2017-06-23 22:15:05 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- WHEN the subjects are different in view of different facts, it could be interpreted as such... To make the phrase more complete. I just didn't put the "when" because it wasn't in the official "term" request. |

los sujetos son diferentes ante hechos diferentes, se puede interpretar que sí different actors under different circumstances, the previous statement can be interpreted as such Explanation: The term sujeto is an elliptical for sujeto activo del delito, i.e., el autor, cómplice o encubridor; el delincuente en general. In English, perpetrator/criminal could be used, but for this context I would use actor. Aunque en esta última afirmación no hay una aclaración de si estas ideas se aplican también para el supuesto de cuando los sujetos son diferentes ante hechos diferentes, se puede interpretar que sí. Although there is no clarification on whether these ideas are also applied when there are different actors under different circumstances/incidents, the previous statement can be interpreted as such. |
