Citind art. 126 alin 4 b) am înţeles despre ce e vorba. Varianta mea de traducere rămâne valabilă, deci: USt.-Befreiung mit steuerlicher Abzugsfähigkeit dieser (pentru Elveţia: MwSt.-Befreiung ~ ) sau: USt.-Befreiung mit der Möglichkeit der steuerlichen Geltendmachung geschuldeter oder bereits gezahlter USt.

USt. = Umsatzsteuer
