住宅瑕疵担保責任保険とは、新築住宅の売主等(建設業者・宅建業者)が、国土交通大臣の指定する保険法人との間で保険契約を締結し、その住宅に瑕疵が判明した場合、その補修費用等が保険金によりてん補される制度です。
