I encountered this phrase a couple of times in a document I'm currently translating and am having a bit of trouble grasping the meaning. There's not a lot of context I can provide, but the section of the document is listing billboard types with the sentence preceding it being EFT_BILLBOARD_TYPE_STRIPE.
