My question is: "admission" to what??? Perhaps to "trading" or to "official listing"?

"admission" here probably refers to the "admission" of a new member, partner, etc. You have the entire document, so you'll be able to figure out to whom they're referring.

I don't know why they capitalized "Admission" here, but as I mentioned in my answer, there's probably someone new joining the company (member, partner, director, etc.).
