All Commercial credit portfolios (or identified portions thereof) must be identified as ‘Classifiably-Managed’ or ‘Delinquency-Managed’.

• Classifiably-managed portfolios are typically made up of larger exposures, where the individual obligors are risk-rated, and the decision to lend credit is more judgmental.

Throughout these policies, while many standards apply to all portfolios, distinctions are noted where certain standards apply only to Classifiably- managed portfolios, and certain standards apply only to Delinquency- managed portfolios.
