My suggestion would be
Confidentiam / fidem habere omnia est.
Fidem [in rem / homini] habere omnia est
Fiduciam rerum habere omnia est.
Credere / confidere /omnia est.
In persuasione sunt omnia [?]
I was wondering if something more idiomatic could be suggested, particularly for "is everything".
Many thanks !

credere totum est.
This is perhaps a more idomatic way of expressing it, the infinitive used substantively emphasising 'belief', while 'totum' emphasises the notion of completeness. 'Omne' might be used instead of 'totum' but might suggest 'everything' as parts of a whole instead of suggesting a totality.
