performance,"业绩"与"绩效"均可,但我更倾向于使用"绩效",完整的应该是performance versus objectives"绩效与目标的对比(比较)结果",但是翻译成"绩效与目标"也就可以了,已经表达出了这一层的意思.

don\'t you think the\"和\"may mean \"comparing\" between the two. if it is, I think in chinese the \"和\"should be right meaning, but not perfect, how about \"与\". does it make a difference?

变通一下如何?
猜想这里讲的是,每个agent先制订自己的objectives,一定时间后再来看自己完成了多少,故建议译成工作目标/指标完成情况
