在网上看到的一份美亚保险上有类似的条款

请问这种译法是否正确？还是两种都对？

as though they were the Insured 和 observe 不属于同一个结构; observe, fulfill and be subject to 是一起的。
the Insured Person shall observe, fulfill and be subject to the terms, Specific Exclusions and Specific Conditions of this Section, as though they were the Insured.
本来想翻签保人，但签保人是insurant。
Insured Person 和 The Insured 会不会是指被保险人和被保险方？ 例如说被保险方下面有不同受保人。
然后查到字典说：in`sur´ant
n. 1. The person insured, called also the insured.

被保险人应如同签保方般的遵守、履行并承受本章的各项条款，除外不保事項及條件规范?
