This is Norwegian.
We call it in English "Salmon Trout."

Trout = Lachs in German, Lax in Norwegian.
Graflachs = Trout marinated with dill.
Because of the way it is done, it is called Graflachs.
So, Xianjun is partly right.
It should be 莳萝鲑鳟鱼/香草鲑鳟鱼.
We call it in English "Salmon Trout."

: No, that's something else. Graflachs must be marinated with dill, i.d., pickled, and it takes about 4 to 5 hours. Nothing can be smoked after the process. Xianjun is definitely right.
