Again, the translation with 美式... was most likely done by somebody who just didn't know the difference and settled for "it's something American, good enough."
Eggs Benedict is a lovely (if the eggs are soft enough) breakfast dish with a toasted English muffin, split, topped with a fried egg over easy, but with the yolk nice and runny, plus a piece of ham and a tomato ring. Fortunately I've just eaten or there would be drool on my keyboard. :-)
