Lao先生的意思基本没错，但中文读起来很难理解。特别是对“available”一词以及“codes for”翻译不准确。“只要其编码相同的氨基甲酸残基”这个短语无法让人理解。好的翻译文章即使专业性再强也应该能让非专业人员基本理解才行。

任何与替换的氨基酸残基相对应的密码子都可提供，尤其不管其类型，只要其编码相同的氨基甲酸残基。
像这样不复杂的句子都出现理解困难，我看楼主除了需要加强专业知识修养以外，外语学习还得大力加强。
