French term

Afin qu'elle n'en ignore, tienne et garde état

French to English Law/Patents Law (general)
In a "Signification d'arrêt à avoué", I found the following language: Afin qu'elle n'en ignore, tienne et garde état de l'arrêt présentement signifié ou à s'y conformer et à l'exécuter.

Discussion

Note: An "arrt" is a decision of a superior court. This does not concern an arrest.

Note: Just wanted to add that I had contacted the avou who sent this document to me and he said that "elle" referred to the company which was being served the name of which is found at the beginning of the document nowhere near the phrase I sent in. So here, "elle" would be translated as "it".

Afin qu'elle n'en ignore, tienne et garde état de l'arrêt présentement signifié ou à s'y conformer et à l'exécuter.

So that she may be cognizant of, have and retain [the statement of] the judgment being notified hereby,
