: Not really, the concern is that the compensation will not be commensurate with the damage. I think you are being led to translate the whole document in installments.

Thanks + gracias, albeit for pulling your punches. My point was that indemnización can rarely be translated literally as indemnity into BrE, though insurance pay, third-party litigation + landlord and tenant are 3 contexts where IMO this is possible.
