Estudio de mercado
En un estudio de mercado dice:
However, for cross-channel comparison and understanding, marketers must effectively have a currency that can be utilised across all channels.
CONSEQUENTLY, MARKETERS HAVE YET TO ALIGN ON CURRENCIES FOR CROSS-CHANNEL MEASUREMENT
¿Alguna sugerencia con la palabra "currency" en este contexto?
Gracias, compañeros.

unidad o medida de valor (de impacto/relevancia/vigencia)
Creo que la equiparación de currency con moneda/divisa en este contexto no sería lo más ajustado, si bien currency hace alusión a una unidad o medida de valor reconocida entre los distintos participantes en la industria del marketing. Currency aquí está utilizado en un sentido parecido a (y de alguna forma derivado de) social currency (que a su vez está relacionado con el concepto más antiguo de social capital);
<Social currency is a concept developed by Vivaldi Partners Group. They define it as the degree to which customers share a brand or information about a brand with others.>

En este caso, social currency podría leerse como vigencia o valor social.
En el ámbito específico de los medios de comunicación como herramientas de marketing, currency alude a una unidad o medida de valor, de impacto, de relevancia o vigencia.
<Media Measurement and a Cross Platform Currency: Currency Based on Viewable, Human-Valid Impressions, In-target for Audience Characteristics.>

<... buyers and sellers need to embrace more than one cross-platform currency (...) A Media Ratings Council committee is drafting a cross-platform audience measurement standard for duration-weighted, non-fraudulent, valid, viewable impressions. Different currency providers can coexist, if they at least all meet this standard...>

<The industry moved away from using program ratings to set guarantees for ad inventory in 2007, when it adopted the currency known as C3, which measures the average viewership of a commercial break in live broadcasts and three days afterward.>

En el caso específico del OP, traduciría currency/currencies como unidad/es o medida/s de valor o impacto.

moneda/divisa
dado el contexto, divisa puede ser más apropiado, pero moneda es el más común.
