Suspension of WORK for COMPANY's convenience

Without prejudice to the COMPANY's right to suspend the WORK under Article 17.1.3 COMPANY, at its own convenience, may also, at any time suspend performance of all or any part of the WORK by giving notice to CONTRACTOR. Such notice shall include the means to be used for putting up, storing and safeguarding the result of WORK performed to Date, and the personnel and CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT, which shall remain committed to any SITE and other WORK location{s).
