co siedzi jej w głowie
ja to rozumiem tak, że publiczność widzi, co się kryje za pewnymi ruchami mówcy, chodzi o pewną sztuczność, która prześwituje w trakcie przemowy. Dlatego całe zdanie rozumiem tak: "Publiczność właściwie widzi, co siedzi jej w głowie, kiedy ..."
