Discussion
(b/s). Zazwyczaj łącza stałe są szerokopasmowe, ale przymiotnik (łącze) stałe stoi w opozycji do (łącza) komutowanego. Stąd nie zgadzam się z częściowo tylko trafną odpowiedzią.
