Mariusz has drawn my attention to a very valid point - because, of course, in your explanation you mention the OUTSIDE, not the inside of the magazine. Sorry about that - I guess I lost track of where I was going.
On the outside of the magazine, I would suggest that it's probably a 'PEEL-AWAY' eg. 'a peel-away sample of Chanel's latest perfume' (I wish!!).
